High-Risk Orders: Orders flagged as high-risk by our payment processor will need to go through extra verification before it can be shipped. Buyers who do not comply within 2 business days will have their orders cancelled.

At any stage, Envoy Cards reserves the right to cancel high-risk orders with immediate effect.

Cancelling My Order: Buyers can cancel their order within 24 hours from time of purchase by messaging us. Any orders containing pre-order items cannot be cancelled.

Combined Postage: If you make multiple orders and these are yet to be shipped. We will endeavour to ship them in the same package. Please keep in mind we will not refund any additional postage costs due to orders made separately.

Returns: Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind due to the fluctuating values of the singles and sealed market. If your item is faulty, not as described or different to the item purchased, please contact info@envoycards.com.au.
