Store Limits

Store Limits - Limits apply to products with stated item limits in the item description. If your order is cancelled due to exceeding limits, all orders are cancelled we will treat this as meeting item limits.

Limits are indefinite and do not reset. The limit is per user, not per household. This means orders from the same user utilising different addresses are not valid.

Please note we do our best to monitor "unauthorised" access. In such cases, any orders will be deemed invalid.

Specific Pokémon Set Limits - One Item Only

For each of the listed sets, you are only allowed to purchase one item.

For example, if you have purchased an Ascended Heroes Booster Bundle, you will be ineligible to purchase any additional Ascended Heroes titled product.

We reserve the right to refuse service including but not limited to the following:

  • Billing address inconsistencies
  • Legal name not provided in full, initials will be accepted on the basis it can be verified with other available information
  • IP address significantly different from shipping address
  • Repeated order cancellations due to exceeding item limits
  • Non-organic orders
